Valerie was a shinning beacon of clarity and support throughout the entire process
Death, taxes, and the incomparable expertise of Valerie Sherren's real estate prowess. These are the only three constants in life. When my wife and I decided we wanted to finally step onto the property ladder, we were slightly overwhelmed by a lot of the typical first-time homeowner questions: - Which room would the bunnies go in? - How many rooms should each bunny have? - Does Simon really need his own room when it could be better served as a bunny play area? Val(erie) was a shinning beacon of clarity and support throughout the entire process - able not to only provide a measured and realistic answer to these important lagomorph-related concnerns, but also supporting amazingly on secondary factors such as property research, market education, offer and negotiation management, (stuffy) paperwork and transaction management, and professional problem solving. Despite facing some traditional home-buying obstacles which were beyond any of our control, she tirelessly worked to ensure that we found ourselves not just with a new home, but in a strong and fair position to boot. I cannot stress enough how grateful we are to her for finding us a giant playzone for our rabbits, a place for my wife to nap in, and a new kitchen for me to do all the cooking and washing up I ever could ever dream of. TLDR: 10/10 real estate agent when buying a home. Would recommend.
