When my wife and I decided we wanted to finally step onto the property ladder, we were slightly overwhelmed by a lot of the typical first-time homeowner questions: - Which room would the bunnies go in? - How many rooms should each bunny have? - Does Simon really need his own room when it could be better served as a bunny play area? Val(erie) was a shinning beacon of clarity and support throughout the entire process - able not to only provide a measured and realistic answer to these important lagomorph-related concnerns, but also supporting amazingly on secondary factors such as property research, market education, offer and negotiation management, (stuffy) paperwork and transaction management, and professional problem solving. Despite facing some traditional home-buying obstacles which were beyond any of our control, she tirelessly worked to ensure that we found ourselves not just with a new home, but in a strong and fair position to boot. I cannot stress enough how grateful we are to her for finding us a giant playzone for our rabbits, a place for my wife to nap in, and a new kitchen for me to do all the cooking and washing up I ever could ever dream of. TLDR: 10/10 real estate agent when buying a home. Would recommend.

I personally have had an amazing experience with Valerie. She took time out of her day to help us get our home ready to list, gave us tips on what to look for when seeking a home , and was sensitive to our needs throughout the way. She took time to get it just right , hired someone to stage our home , and photographer to highlight the most beautiful aspects of our previous home. And literally one day after listing our home online, and the same day that the for sale sign went up in our yard, they had 2 viewings and potential third waiting. An offer on our home was made one day later. Our home sale offer was firmed up in approx 10 days. Literally 1 day on the market and first offer, house was sold.
